Don't waste your money!!!!
Purchased the product which arrived the next day even though the gentleman said it would take up to 10 days. Although it seemed to work ok inside the house it certainly did not perform to expectations outside. We were told it would work up to 8 meters outside but that's not the case - maybe okay for 2 or 3 meters max. Trying to return the product was also an experience and a very expensive exercise at that. Postage costs were ridiculous even though we asked if we could return it ourselves to Truganina which is only approx 5 km from where we...Read more
live, they said no it must be returned by Australia Post (they don't except walk ins at their office in Truganina). We were offered a further discount of $150 to keep the two units but we declined........why would we keep them if they don't do what we were told they would! So unless you are using them inside the home then don't waste your money!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

not as expected
We tried outdoors and only good when you are closer within 2 meters that you can feel the heat and not as expected up to 8 meters. only good indoors and thinking of returning as it seems too expensive as it doesn't meet the set expectation as advertised.
other than that it's quite safe too use if installed properly.

Does not perform to the standard claimed in the TV ad!
In my experience sunshine blade does not perform to the level claimed in the TV ad (I agree completely with the preceding reviewer, and had a similar experience)
I tried it both indoors and outdoors and while it heats marginally better than a standard cheaper element heater, I found its performance way below that claimed in the ad.
I returned mine - and as with previous reviewer I'm $60 out of pocket! . Actually, having seen the product being advertised again last night on TV.... such a long and persistent promotion!! - I am tempted to cha...Read more
